- Staff Smart develops and provides a Client specific orientation to employee, and can tour the employee through the facility to assure a thorough understanding of the job atmosphere and requirements
- Staff Smart provides job coaching (if needed) to ensure quality goals and standards are met
- Staff Smart will release and replace employee quickly should the employee not perform the job to client's expectations
- Staff Smart supplies weekly invoices via email, or mail (based upon client's preference)
